The safety of our craftsmen and the integrity of our jewelry are of utmost concern to us. Please be patient while facing temporary delays - we're certain the lifetime of joy you'll get from your purchase will be well worth the minor delays in shipping.
Your Vaarya jewelry will be shipped at an Expedited speed to your street address within the continental United States.
Orders placed after 11 am EST are shipped the next business day.
Weekends and holidays at Vaarya are for rest, relaxation, and spending time with loved ones, not for the mailroom. So, please plan your orders accordingly.
Jewelry is invaluable and every piece we create at Vaarya is done so with love and pride, especially for you.
But, sometimes, you may wish to return a piece of jewelry. If you've reached that painful stage where you need to part with your Vaarya piece, please follow these steps.
Return Procedure
- Drop a note with the subject "Heartbreaking News" to sales@vaarya.com within 30 days from the date of shipment printed on your original invoice. We will email you a return label.
- Please return the jewelry in the same pristine condition, with everything in the original box (receipt, certificate, promotional or free items) so we know that there are no hard feelings.
- After giving some tender love and care to the returned piece and examining it, if all is deemed perfect, you'll receive a refund for the price of the item, including taxes.
Non-Returnable Items
- If a piece of jewelry has been worn, damaged, altered, or resized, you've made it truly yours. How can we even think of keeping it from you? Please do not return these.
- Customized pieces such as solitaire earring studs, solitaire pendants, solitaire rings, and similar are made especially for you. We'd like you to own them forever, please do not return these.

All services including cleaning, polishing, diamond tightening and rhodium plating are provided to you at no extra charge because that's what a promise means.
If you'd like to add or change precious materials (gold, diamonds, platinum, silver) in your existing piece, please contact sales@vaarya.com for a personalized consultation.
If you've taken your Vaarya® product for customization, repair, or resizing to any other jeweler (perish the thought!) we are not liable to uphold this promise.

AGS Laboratories is a nonprofit organization founded by the American Gem Society (AGS) to share their mission of consumer protection and education for jewelry professionals and consumers.
AGS was founded in 1934 by Robert M. Shipley, the same person who founded GIA or the Gemological Institute of America.
We want our customers to get the most value for their money when they purchase a diamond. AGS Laboratories expert, third-party evaluation of a diamond’s quality can help you make a more informed purchase.
In our opinion, if your diamonds are not graded by AGS Laboratories or GIA, then you never know what you're getting.
