Services like cleaning, polishing, diamond tightening and rhodium plating are provided to you at no extra charge because that's what a promise means.
If you'd like to add or change precious materials like gold, diamonds, platinum, silver etc in your existing piece, please contact sales@vaarya.com for a personalized consultation.
When you contact us for the shipping address for the warranty services, you will have to provide us with the website from where you purchased and the purchase order number, so that we can direct your piece to the concerned shop. You will ship the product directly to the shop along with a return label. We are not liable for any lost or damaged shipments, so we recommend you ship both ways with insurance and signature required.
If you've taken your Vaarya® product for customization, repair, or resizing to any other jeweler (perish the thought!) we are not liable to uphold this promise.
