Jewelry is invaluable and every piece we create at Vaarya is done so with love and pride, especially for you.
But sometimes, you may wish to return your Vaarya jewelry. If you've reached that painful decision, where you need to part with it, please follow these steps.
Return Procedure
- Drop a note with the subject "Heartbreaking News" to sales@vaarya.com within 30 days from the date of shipment printed on your original invoice. We will email you a return label.
- Please return the jewelry in the same pristine condition, with everything in the original box (receipt, certificate, promotional or free items) so we know there are no hard feelings.
- After giving some tender love and care to the returned piece and examining it, if all is deemed perfect, you will receive a refund for the price of the item, including taxes.
Non-Returnable Items
- If a piece of jewelry has been worn, damaged, altered, or resized, you've made it truly yours. How can we even think of keeping it from you?
- Customized pieces are made especially for you. We'd like you to own them forever.
